Abhinav Pentyala is an international student from India who recently completed his Master’s in the Lampe lab in Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, specializing in Drug Discovery. With a Bachelor in Pharmacy, he demonstrated his research interest through a project on RP-HPLC method for Trijardy, a triple combination anti-diabetic pill. Abhinav began his thesis work in the Lampe lab in the summer of 2023, and focused on carboxyl esterase mediated drug interactions, exploring novel anti-covid drugs metabolic profiling under the guidance of Dr Jed Lampe. Active in professional organizations like SSPS, he embodies his commitment to advancing pharmaceutical science.
